The availability of free software on the Internet is endless, and teachers use general software to improve their teaching. The software ranges from concept mapping software to online flash games. The use of the general software depends on the type of program. Many students use free online software to create study games or to produce crossword review worksheets. My example of a general software is an online flash game in the style of Who Wants to be a Millionaire? The teacher inputs the questions, correct answers, and incorrect answers into a form, and the software produces the game within seconds. The website did not limit the amount of games a user can create making the possibilities for the game endless. A general software resource is appropriate for any level depending on the difficulty of the game or worksheet.
